Brodie is an understanding, genuine and dedicated Clinical Psychologist who is committed to working collaboratively and holistically with clients to help them live a more meaningful and valued life. She understands the importance of taking the time to listen and understand her clients’ unique experiences, and working together with the client to create positive change.
Brodie has worked with people of all ages and with various mental health concerns, and is committed to providing her clients with a high standard of tailored, evidence-based psychological services.
Brodie has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders (including, Tourette’s Syndrome, Trichotillomania, and Excoriation Disorder), and eating disorders. She is also passionate about supporting older adults to manage and adjust to the difficult changes faced in older age.
Brodie is experienced in a range of treatment interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Family Systems informed treatments.
She is a fully registered and endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, and an Associate Member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association. Brodie also lectures in Mental Health at Macquarie University.
