About Jessica

Jessica Williams
Psychologist / Clinical Psychology Registrar
BMusic (Hons), BPsych (Hons), MPsych (Clin)
Jessica is a compassionate Clinical Psychology Registrar who is committed to helping people move beyond unhelpful patterns, reconnect with their own innate wisdom, and cultivate a richer quality of life.
Jessica works collaboratively, taking time to understand each person’s unique strengths and vulnerabilities. She believes that effective therapy is grounded in a balance of tenderness, patience, curiosity, levity, encouragement, resolve, and stillness. She recognises that the therapeutic space can feel unfamiliar or daunting and has deep respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy.
In addition to her work in private practice, Jessica has experience in hospital and community health settings, as well as within mental health research organisations.
Drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, DBT, ACT and psychodynamic approaches, Jessica tailors treatment to individual needs and preferences. Her work aims to build resilience, nurture self-compassion, and support people in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
Jessica is currently registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist and working toward her Clinical Psychology endorsement.
