Jessica is a compassionate Psychologist, dedicated to supporting clients in achieving lasting positive change and personal growth.
With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and specialised training in evidence-based therapies, Jessica assists adolescent and adult clients in managing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation challenges and relationship difficulties.
In addition to private practice she has experience working in hospital and community health settings, as well as mental health research organisations.

Jessica offers a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their unique challenges and goals.
Skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, Jessica tailors treatment to augment existing individual strengths, helping clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and foster self-compassion.

Jessica is currently registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist and working toward her Clinical Psychology endorsement.
Jessica is available Monday, Thursday and Friday.
