Therapy for teens & young people at Drummoyne Psychology

Adolescence is a time of enormous growth and it can also be a time of real challenge. At Drummoyne Psychology, our psychologists provide caring, evidence-based therapy for teens and their parents. We help young people understand what they’re experiencing, build practical skills, and feel more confident navigating school, friendships, family life, and their developing sense of self. We support parents to better understand their teen’s emotional world, navigate boundaries with confidence, and respond in ways that feel validating and supportive.

Our approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. We take the time to understand each young person’s needs and work closely with families. The goal is to support meaningful, lasting change while ensuring adolescents feel safe, respected, and heard.
