Helen Robertson

Helen is a warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist committed to working with individuals and couples in a collaborative and empathic manner. She strives to explore, understand and ameliorate one's vulnerabilities with the aim to reduce suffering, enhance psychological resilience, and foster meaningful change. Helen is passionate about working with people who are feeling stuck in life and those of us who are struggling to adjust to changes in life – no matter how seemingly big or small.

Helen is passionate about working with couples using a unique approach created by herself and fellow director Shahn Sorekli.

Helen is experienced in both public mental health and private practice settings. Helen has extensive experience in Schema Therapy and has facilitated Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group programs and mindfulness groups in the past.
​
Helen is a fully registered and endorsed Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She also has Advanced Certification in Schema Therapy, is a certified Schema Therapy Supervisor and offers Schema supervision. Helen is a member of the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST) and the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
