Shifra is a compassionate psychologist who believes that curiosity, authenticity, and trust are fundamental to successful therapeutic relationships. By fostering a warm and collaborative environment, she empowers individuals to share their challenges openly and harness their strengths to create meaningful change.

With extensive experience across both adult and adolescent mental health settings, Shifra has worked with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, low self-esteem, addictive behaviours, and interpersonal difficulties. She is passionate about normalising complex human experiences and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.

Shifra completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and has contributed to leading Australian universities through her research. She is a strong advocate for co-produced mental health education, training, and advocacy. Shifra uses an integrative therapeutic approach informed by evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). She is dedicated to facilitating growth for individuals and couples and is keen to pursue additional training in Schema Therapy. In her down time, Shifra loves to go rock climbing and spend time with her dog- Aya.

Shifra is currently registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a Psychologist and is completing her registrar program in Clinical Psychology.
Shifra is available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
