All of our therapists are either qualified and endorsed Clinical Psychologists or Clinical Psychology Registrars. We value continued professional development, so you can be rest assured to receive evidence-based quality care, based on extensive clinical experience and the latest research.

If you are referred by your GP (with a Mental Health Care Plan) you will receive a Medicare Rebate (for 10 sessions per calendar year) which we can process for you.

 

Sessions run for 50-55 minutes.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we ask you to do so more than 24 hours before your appointment. A cancellation fee of the full fee will be applied if notice is given within 24 hours of an appointment. A medicare rebate cannot be provided for a cancelled session. 

 

Cancelling sessions can be actioned via the Booking Portal or by giving notice via email, text message or phone call / voicemail. The cancellation policy provides admin the minimum time to offer sessions to someone who may really need it. If clients are unwell we recommend having the session via Telehealth to maintain consistency and momentum and to avoid a late cancellation.
